Bidadari Park Wins 2025 ULI Asia Pacific Award for Excellence

Bidadari Park has been honoured with the 2025 ULI Asia Pacific Award for Excellence, one of the region’s most prestigious accolades in the built environment.

This recognition celebrates the project’s outstanding integration of community, heritage, and environmental resilience. As the lead consultant, CPG Consultants led the delivery of this distinctive urban park that brings together nature, community, and heritage in a cohesive and restorative environment. The award also reflects the efforts of our collaborators, including Henning Larsen, AECOM, Construction Professionals and many others who contributed across various aspects of the project. Bidadari Park exemplifies the power of cross-disciplinary partnerships in shaping inclusive, sustainable spaces.

Spanning approximately 13 hectares in the heart of the Bidadari estate, the park features a blue-green masterplan anchored by Alkaff Lake and a thoughtfully restored landscape that blends biodiversity, water-sensitive urban design, and cultural memory.

The ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence recognise projects that achieve a high standard of design, planning, and community impact across the region. We are honoured to be among this year’s award recipients.
