NUCLEOS

Nucleos is designed as a 7-storey twin block consisting of modular units and hotel laboratory suites. The building’s east facade merges the two blocks to create a unified feel which in turn creates a series of building fingers in an east-west orientation. An urban view corridor cuts through the middle of the building, providing a visual vista across the public plaza. Sky terraces and elevated pocket gardens bring nature into the built environment. By closely interlocking landscape with functional spaces, we aim to make the greens conducive for spontaneous interaction among occupants.
