Van Giang Eco Park Township, Vietnam
For Van Giang Eco Park, one of the largest township developments in Vietnam, we used computer simulation to create the desired wind flow and sunshading at a city level, incorporated water-sensitive designs at a town level, and designed the buildings to reduce wind shadows and maximise shade.
Maluanwan New District Central Island, Xiamen, China
Leading a consortium of partners, CPG won the international Xiamen Maluanwan New District Central Island Detailed Planning design competition. Our master plan used four development strategies: shaping regional gateways, developing three-dimensional continuous connection networks, creating CBD core environments, and placemaking for resilient communities.
