CPG Corporation Unveils New Vision and Mission Statements to Navigate the Future of an Evolving Built Environment
Singapore, 22 April 2026 – CPG Corporation (CPG), which was corporatised from Singapore’s former Public Works Department in 1999, has unveiled its new Vision and Mission statements on 1st April 2026, marking a significant milestone in its continued evolution. Over the past two decades, CPG has played a key role in shaping Singapore’s built environment, contributing to landmark developments such as Singapore Changi Airport, Gardens by the Bay, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National Gallery Singapore, National Museum of Singapore, State Courts, National Centre for Infectious Diseases, and the National University of Singapore campus.
While the previous Vision and Mission have served the organisation well, CPG now embarks on a new chapter with refreshed statements that reflect a rapidly evolving built environment shaped by climate pressures, increasing complexity, digital transformation and rising expectations for integrated, resilient, and forward-looking solutions.
The new Vision and Mission set out CPG’s strategic direction and its intended role in the decades ahead as it continues to evolve with industry and societal needs.
