Mr Li Chaofeng began his career at CPG Facilities Management (FM) more than a decade ago, focusing on facilities upgrading consultancy and projects. Over the years, he has overseen numerous projects and facilities management works across both public and private sectors, including for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister's Office, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Now serving as Executive Vice President, Chaofeng leads a team of over 200 facility management professionals, delivering comprehensive Facility Management and Contact Centre services.

As a certified Green Mark Accredited Professional in Facility Management, Chaofeng possesses the expertise to advise clients on sustainable building operations and conduct thorough evaluations for energy efficiency retrofits and optimisation of existing buildings. He is dedicated to advancing CPGFM through innovative workplace and process improvements, aspiring to elevate the company's standards and reach new heights in the industry.
