Mr Ngo Wei Quan serves as the Managing Director of Construction Professionals and PM Link, overseeing the company’s business strategy and operations. With over a decade of experience in the building and construction sector, he is a seasoned project management professional who has successfully led diverse and impactful projects. These include new builds as well as additions and alterations (A&A) across various sectors such as healthcare, institutional, and conservation.
Wei Quan brings extensive experience in employing innovative and strategic project and construction management approaches to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. His strength lies in understanding client needs and delivering tailored, adaptive solutions that prioritise quality and achieve optimal outcomes.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Project & Facilities Management from the National University of Singapore and Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity from BCA Academy. Wei Quan is a Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management), Design for Safety Professional (DfSP), and holds a New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC 4): Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Project Manager accreditation as well.
