CPG FM Advances Integrated Facilities Management Approach as Eight Service Partners Sign Partnership Charter

New governance, digital and service assurance capabilities strengthen safety, coordination and accountability across CPG FM’s partner ecosystem.

Singapore, 5 August 2026 – CPG Facilities Management (CPG FM) outlined the next phase of its Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) approach at its inaugural IFM Partner Forum 2026. Going beyond the integration of contracts and services, the approach brings together people, processes, data and technology under a coordinated operating model.

During the event, CPG FM and eight appointed service partners signed the CPG FM IFM Partnership Charter, formalising their shared commitment to safety, service quality, professionalism, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

More than a routine service partner briefing, the event marks CPG FM’s shift from managing multiple service contracts to actively shaping how the different trades work together. As the IFM company, CPG FM will set common expectations, strengthen communication and provide the governance needed for the partnership to improve over time.

Central governance across the contract lifecycle

To support this operating model, CPG FM has established the Office of Integrated Facilities Management (OIFM) to provide central governance throughout the contract lifecycle. The OIFM centralises performance oversight, data and reporting, partner coordination and risk management, while driving continuous improvement. This provides clearer visibility of performance, defined lines of accountability and an earlier view of potential risks and service gaps.

The OIFM will be supported by IRIS, CPG FM’s proprietary Intelligent Real Estate Integrated System. Designed to serve as the digital backbone for integrated operations, IRIS brings key workflows, records and operational data into a common platform, giving teams clearer visibility across service delivery. The system is currently being introduced at selected projects and will be progressively rolled out across CPG FM’s project portfolio in the coming months. Its official launch is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, when new intelligent capabilities will be introduced to strengthen operational oversight and support better management decisions.

The operating model also brings support closer to the ground. CPG FM will also establish satellite offices nearer to contract zones to improve on-the-ground support and reduce travel time for its staff and its service partners.

CPG FM will also deploy Experience Assurance Officers to provide an additional, independent layer of oversight. They will assess how services are experienced on the ground and whether contractual requirements have been met. Working across service lines and delivery teams, they will help identify and resolve recurring or structural bottlenecks that cut across multiple trades and may not be fully addressed through routine contract management.

Safety remains central to CPG FM’s operating model and is reinforced through regular leadership and staff engagement, helping to build a strong safety culture across the organisation. This includes open conversations and practical initiatives such as leadership safety walks, quality and fire audits, service training, emergency preparedness activities and toolbox meetings across its projects. CPG FM is also an advocate under the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Advocate Programme, supporting wider efforts to strengthen WSH capabilities among SME contractors.

“Facilities management is entering a new phase. Managing individual service contracts well is no longer enough and the greater value lies in connecting people, processes, data and technology so that the entire ecosystem works as one,” said Mr Alan Goh, Chief Executive Officer of CPG FM. “Through the OIFM and IRIS, we are strengthening governance, visibility and coordination across the contract lifecycle. This is the foundation for what we call ‘Intelligent FM’, combining integrated operations, reliable data and smart technologies to enable teams make better decisions, intervene earlier and deliver more consistent services.”

One Contract, One Ecosystem, One Team

Guided by the principle of “One Contract, One Ecosystem, One Team”, CPG FM and eight appointed service partners signed the CPG FM IFM Partnership Charter.

The Charter provides a common reference point for how CPG FM and its partners will work together. Signatories commit to shared standards in safety, service quality, professionalism, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, as well as collective responsibility for the outcomes delivered.

The event also gave partners an opportunity to exchange operational knowledge, strengthen workforce capabilities and identify practical improvements to service delivery. CPG FM plans to continue bringing its partners together to share lessons, address common challenges and improve service consistency across its IFM portfolio.
